We're in the final stages of releasing this new service. We're excited - we truly believe that this is the best
encoding service available and we hope that you, our favorite customer, will agree.
To make sure that we hit the ground running we're running a 'beta test' of this service. During this test we're
inviting people to use our service to free their CDs and then to tell us what they liked or loathed about the
experience. We want to know it all, the good and the bad. We'll even invite you to compare us against our
competitors...
If you do all that for us then we'll cut you a deal: we'll encode your CDs at the low rate of 50 cents per CD with
all additional services at 50% off. So, do you want to help? If you do, that's great - send us your application and
we'll let you know if you're in - but hurry the beta test program ends on July 31st 2005 and it may fill up long before
then.
Wondering what it takes to get with the program? Mostly all it takes is a willingness to help us out but there are a few
other considerations as well:
We're looking for a range of experience with digital music (from neophyte to guru and everything in between!)
We're looking for a geographical range (in the US only)
We're looking for constructive feedback (we don't want to know we suck we want to know why we suck and
what we can do about it!)

Please be honest (heaping praise on us won't necessarily get you into the program!). If you're the type of customer that
comparison shops and checks out every piece of info that you can find then please do so. However, if you're the type that
